Key Personnel

Adrian Kelly – Managing Director

Adrian founded the Company in 1997 and has over 20 years experience in the industry. Adrian heads up our experienced Management team and operates a hands on approach, being very involved from project initiation to completion and has ultimate responsibility to ensure Health and Safety is of the utmost importance to all operatives on site.

Kevin Taylor AMIDE – AIIRSM – S.A.C. Dip (safety management) – Contracts Manager

Kevin joined the Company in 2009 he has worked in the industry for the past 30 years. Kevin is an associate member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers and also an Associate member of international institute of Risk & Safety Management.

Mike Knight – AIIRSM – Operations Manager

Mike joined the Company in 1999 as an office junior and worked his way progressively throughout each department. Mike is a member of the Association of Institute of Risk & Safety Management and also deals with Transport being our CPC Holder.

Michelle Cooper – Sales & Marketing Director

Michelle joined the Company in 2000 having previously worked within the Construction Industry. Michelle is responsible for the generation and development of inbound and outbound opportunities.

Margaret Broadbent – Training Manager

Margaret joined the Company in 2006 having previously worked for Barclays Bank Plc for 35 years and has taken on the responsibility of training and the individual development plans.

Matthew Holland ACCA MAAT – Company Accountant

Matthew joined the company in 2003 as accounts assistant. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007 and has since taken on the role as Company Accountant.
